Warranty regulations

1)    Longmai provides one year free repair for product. If it is Longmai's product hardware issue, causes client's software cannot work properly, Longmai should repair or exchange the same model product.

2)    After one year, Longmai provides paid repair service. More terms, please refer to Software Development Agreement.

3)    Free or paid warranty service, are required to send product back at first. After Longmai technical team's confirmation then provide the further services.

4)    If client cannot return to the product, or the product already be damaged almost unrecognized the appearance and the serial number, Longmai reserves the right to refuse provide related services.

5)    Product upgrade is not covered under warranty.

6)    All the above service term, starting from the date marked in series number.
